PCI DSS: Paperwork Requirements of the PCI DSS – Overview
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a global information security standard for organisations which accept, process, store or transmit cardholder information (merchants or service providers).
As with most security standards, there is an expectation that organisations document their security practices and controls. The PCI DSS is no exception and has a large number of requirements that dictate a need for policies and procedures. In fact, one of the 12 high-level requirements is entirely dedicated to just such documents.
In this 1-hour webinar, one of URM's QSAs will provide a comprehensive overview of the types of documentation that the Standard requires and the reasons why such requirements are fundamental to a successful compliance programme.
The webinar will address the following key questions:
- What sort of paperwork does the PCI DSS require?
- Why do I need all these documents?
- What types of documents should be used for evidence?
- The benefits of having a document management system.
This webinar is aimed at managers from both merchant and service provider organisations who are looking for clear and concise guidance on the documentation requirements of the PCI DSS.
